My Life In The Kitchen

I am an artistic chef who has worked with the best mentors of cuisinier. I am originally from Normandy, and was inspired by my grandmother who was a cook as well as my cordon bleu trained mother.

I am passionate to learn about all kinds of cuisine, well travelled and is curious by nature. I was formed in the beginning at the 1 star Michelin, Le Saint-Pierre La Bouille, France under the chef de cuisine Mr. Kukurudz. This was followed by Hotel Negresco in Nice with Mr. Lestang, now a two star Michelin. I then later moved to 3 starred Michelin "Bruneau" in Brussels Belgium.

A stint at the prestigious "The Ritz" London and The Ritz Carlton in Bahrain, before starting his own adventure.

I opened a gastro pub called "The Rose & Crown " in North London's affluent community of Highgate Village, followed The Art Room in Kent, where I got 3 fork and knife in the 2006 Michelin guide.

In 2007, I opened my gastronomic restaurant simply called "Restaurant Delamare" in Lyon, France.

A short stint in a 5 star hotel in Tunis. Retour to south France at la Villa Morelia where I receive 16/20 and 2 hart in the Gault Millau guide 2010.

Then I have the opportunity to do some consulting around the world.

With my worldwide knowledge, I combine classic, innovative and challenging menu to bring this fine dining experience to you that changes every season.

Ma vie dans la Cuisine

Je suis un artiste chef, formé par les meilleurs, normand d’origine, fortement marqué par ma grand-mère cuisinière de maîtres et ma mère fin cordon bleu, père de famille avec une passion, la cuisine. Pas une mais toutes, apprenti doué, remarqué par ses pairs, je suis un globe-trotter gourmet, curieux.

Formé au Saint-Pierre à la Bouille au près de Mr. Kukurudez un Macaron Michelin, je passe au Negresco au près de Mr. Lestang deux Macaron Michelin, par chez Bruneau trois Macaron Michelin en Belgique, grimpe en grade, passe au Ritz a Bahreïn et Londres, avant de voler de mes propres ailes, j'ouvre the Rose & Crown à Londres Gastro Pub et Bruno Delamare @ the Art Room trois Fourchettes au guide Michelin.

Un passage à Lyon ouverture du restaurant Delamare puis une escale en Tunisie au Regency hôtel un détour dans le sud de la France a la Villa Morelia pour récupère 16/20 et 2 toque au guide Gault Millau.

Qu'elle voyage pour fair du consulting...

Fort de mes solides bases adaptées de mes voyages je conjugue classicisme et innovation pour relever le défi de rapprocher le Beau et le Bon dans une aventure qui marie l'esthétique du goût et du regard autour d'une carte qui change chaque saison…
